This website (mscastillo.com) is operated by María Silvia Castillo, an independent bilingual executive virtual assistant based in Argentina. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use this website or contact me, why it is collected, and the choices you have.

  • Contact form: when you submit the contact form, I receive the name, email address, and message you provide.
  • Website usage: this site is a static website. I do not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies. My hosting provider (Netlify) may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for security and operational purposes.
  • Service relationship: if we start working together, I collect the business information needed to deliver the service (contacts, tools, workflows you grant access to).

This website and my services are not directed to children under 16, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
